The Bus... a work in progress!

The most famous material according to Roy
is Urethane to protect the art over and over again.
There is of course plenty of dayglo in all of the flourescents available,
some of it sprayed from cans some of it painted with brushes. The inside
of the Bus is more flourescent than the outside. This day the wheels are
painted dayglo. The outside of the bus carries many treasures. You have
to constantly look closely to enjoy and wonder at some of the images that
get left there. Many are small renditions sitting in the middle of a larger
work. The outside is mixed media using acrylic, metallic, gold, silver,
copper, applique. Images are glued on, weaved in and woven tightly as you
can see below.
